Buckingham Palace announced Friday that Charles III will be officially

 proclaimed king on Saturday morning during a succession council meeting.

The Council shall meet at ten o’clock local time (9 GMT) in St James’s Palace, to be read an hour later on the balcony of the palace and then in all the counties of the United Kingdom the following day.
