The Spanish newspaper El Confidencial revealed the price of the engagement ring presented by Jordan’s Crown Prince Al Hussein bin Abdullah II to Ms. Rajwa bint Khaled Al Seif.
She noted that the ring, which contained a very colorful gem in the shape of a “pear”, attracted a lot of attention.
To find out more details about the gem, the newspaper consulted goldsmith Eduardo Navarro, who told it was “a unique piece, saying: ‘It is a pear-shaped diamond surrounded by other emerald-cut diamonds and finished in white gold”.
He explained that due to the size of the diamond and the number of carats, especially the main diamond, we find ourselves in front of a ring that could cost around 100,000 euros.
Last Wednesday, the Jordanian Royal Court announced the engagement of Prince Al Hussein bin Abdullah II, the Crown Prince, and Ms. Rajwa Khalid bin Musaed.
