Moroccan international Ashraf Hakimi, the Paris Saint-Germain player, is facing a crisis that threatens his future, after press reports confirmed that he was accused of rape.

According to the French newspaper “Le Parisien”, a 23-year-old girl filed a complaint with the police, accusing Hakimi of assaulting her.

According to the report published by “Le Parisien”, Hakimi met the young woman through the “Instagram” application last January 16, and on February 25, she went to his house at night, in a private car requested by the player, and things got out of control in Hakimi’s house, according to the girl’s words. She alleges that he started stripping her naked and assaulted her, before she kicked him hard and ran away from the house.

The newspaper confirmed that the Public Prosecutor’s Office took over the case file, and investigators are working on the file, which was compiled on the basis of the plaintiff’s statements.

It is noteworthy that Hakimi missed Paris Saint-Germain’s match against Marseille the day before yesterday, Sunday, due to a muscle injury, and the BCG is preparing to face Nantes next Saturday, in the twenty-sixth round of the French League.
