Meghan Markle to court... again

It has become clear that Samantha Markle, the half-sister of the Duchess of Sussex Megan Markle, will never give up easily in the case she brought against her sister some time ago.
Although Megan won this lawsuit, Samantha returned and filed it again, which means that Megan will be summoned again to court.
Returning to the details of this complaint, Samantha has registered a lawsuit accusing Megan of defamation and lying, during her famous interview with Oprah Winfrey in 2012.

After the US Criminal Court refused to accept the complaint, Samantha returned once again to file a second case against her half-sister, who is one of the most famous women on earth these days.
And according to what was published by “Radar Online”, Samantha wants to obtain financial compensation from Megan, and claims that the Duchess’s statements in that interview were clearly false and malicious.
After this case was dismissed, Samantha’s legal lawyers said that they did not respect the court’s decision, did not accept it, and would appeal against it.
One of Samethna’s lawyers was quoted by The Telegraph as saying: “We look forward to presenting a stronger case for the defamation and losses our client has had to endure.”
“The upcoming amendment will address some of the legal issues that relate to our defamation allegations, as they relate specifically to the Oprah interview on CBS,” he added.

Legally, under US law, Samantha has a 14-day grace period, during which the person filing the lawsuit is allowed to make amendments to their initial case.
If these changes are strong enough, or new evidence is found, a second judge will be allowed to take over the case, under a new registration.
And the actions taken by Samantha confirm that she will never let Meghan Markle rest from her pursuit, so when the latter thought that she had finished this story and folded it forever, her sister appealed the ruling and started again to seek the compensation she wanted.
