Amalie Properties has launched its first project, “Amalie Island”, which includes a group of exclusive, ultra-luxury villas in The World Islands in Dubai. The island covers a total area of 1,200,000 square feet, and connects two of the World Islands (Uruguay and São Paulo). Each villa has an exclusive waterfront length of up to 50 metres.
Ali Sajwani, co-founder and CEO of Amali Real Estate, said: “We are proud to unveil the Amali Island project, which embodies our great expertise in the real estate development sector, and through which we seek to redefine the luxury lifestyle in Dubai. “By paying attention to the smallest details and partnering with the most prominent international designers, we aim to build an exclusive destination for ultra-luxury housing, to become a quiet haven for residents that provides them with unparalleled luxury on the waterfront, giving them the feeling of a vacation every day.”
The villas on Amalie Island were designed by the most prominent architects at ELASTIC, who have won many prestigious awards, focusing on two distinct architectural models: Minima and Grande, while HBA Residential provided the interior designs. In two different models: Ultra and Terra.
The project includes seven different models of villas whose designs are inspired by the famous “umbo” tree in Uruguay, which is a symbol of flexibility and a haven for relaxation and tranquility. Each of the 24 villas is considered a modern architectural masterpiece, distinguished by its large spaces and exclusive beaches directly overlooking the sea. The villas also provide stunning views of the Dubai skyline, Palm Jumeirah and the “Atlantis The Royal” hotel, as well as a group of amenities and recreational facilities such as terraces. On the upper floor, there are elegant “fire pits”, a group of “teppanyaki” restaurants, steam baths, jacuzzis, and swimming pools.
For her part, Amira Sajwani, co-founder of Amali, said: “Amali Island embodies our full commitment to crafting a unique style of luxury living. “With its innovative design inspired by the beauty of nature, this project reflects our vision of providing an upscale lifestyle in the heart of the island, just minutes from the beaches of Dubai.”
