The great artist, George Wassouf, shared pictures of him with Mohamed Mounir through his official account on Instagram, which showed great love and respect between the two stars.
Muhammad Mounir appeared kissing the head of George Wassouf in one of the pictures, and Wassouf commented on the pictures, writing: “With King Muhammad Mounir.”
Mounir also published a picture of the same meeting on his Twitter account, and wrote a comment that included, “In a fraternal and artistic meeting with a lifetime friend, Sultan al-Tarab, George Wassouf.. Our Lord makes us a reason to draw joy to the hearts of millions of lovers of fine art.”
The star, George Wassouf, is preparing to perform the first concert in Kuwait after the death of his son Wadih. The concert will be held on March 10 next month, and the star Bahaa Sultan will participate in the ceremony. George Wassouf will present a bouquet of his old and modern songs that the audience interacts with. George Wassouf released his latest work, a new song entitled “The Text of My Life”, in which he laments his son Wadih, coinciding with the passage of the fortieth anniversary of his death
The song was written by Khaled Taj El-Din, composed by Muhammad Yahya, and presented by George Wassouf on his YouTube channel, entitled: “The Text of My Life.”
