Like millions of others around the world, the world champion and star of the French club Paris Saint-Germain, the Argentine player, Lionel Messi, expressed his full solidarity with the victims of the earthquake that struck large parts of Turkey and Syria.
Messi urged people in the world to donate to those affected and the families of the victims, calling for support for UNICEF efforts in this regard.
Through a message sent by Messi to more than 429 million people who follow him on “Instagram”, the Argentine flea described these days as very sad for the thousands of children and their families affected by the devastating earthquake in Turkey and Syria.
In his message, Messi said, “My heart is with them,” praising at the same time the efforts of UNICEF, which is working from scratch in the region with the aim of protecting girls and boys.
Messi accompanied his message with a link dedicated to donating to the victims of the two afflicted countries.

This is not considered the first support provided by Messi to the victims of the earthquake, as the Turkish player Merih Demiral, a professional in the Italian club Atlanta, announced last Friday that a Messi shirt was put up for auction, and that the price of the shirt would go to support the rescue efforts in Turkey and for the benefit of the victims of the devastating earthquake. .
And the Turkish player said in a tweet to him on Twitter: “The Messi shirt that he wore in one of the matches and signed by him personally is put up for auction.” He added, “All proceeds from the sale will be donated to the Turkish Ahbab Association for use in the earthquake area.”

The player said that he got the Messi shirt through the support of his compatriot, the Turkish international professional player in the Italian club Inter Milan, Hakan Calhanoglu, and the goalkeeper of the French Paris Saint-Germain team, Gianluigi Donnarumma, who contacted Messi and got the shirt from him.
On the other hand, the Argentine player returned to the headlines again after the Catalan newspaper, El Nacional, exploded a big surprise by confirming that the Saudi club Al-Nasr had contacted Messi and lured him with a very large amount of money, to join his eternal rival, Cristiano Ronaldo, in the ranks of the global club.

El Nacional said that the leaders of Al-Nasr Club aim to build a terrifying squad, by luring a large number of the most prominent international stars who are about to retire to join them, and among the most prominent of these, in addition to Messi, is Barcelona midfielder Sergio Busquet.
