A new tower in Dubai allows its residents to take their cars to their apartments
Mohammed Binghatti, CEO of “Binghatti Real Estate” revealed that the “Bugatti Residences” tower, which will start construction soon in Dubai, will include 11 apartments that allow its residents to take their cars to their apartments through private elevators.

The “Bugatti Residences” tower, which is located in the Business Bay area, is the first real estate project in the world to carry the Bugatti brand for luxury cars, and it comes in cooperation between the global automaker with “Binghatti Real Estate Development”.
These apartments are designed to provide parking spaces for cars inside, which is the first time in the Middle East that a building with such a feature has been developed.
These apartments have spacious areas, most of which include private swimming pools and large balconies with views of Dubai’s famous landmarks.
The building includes a huge apartment that extends over the three upper floors with its own large swimming pool on the roof of the building, in addition to its own ground parking that resembles a showroom that accommodates 20 cars.
