The court requests those who see it with the naked eye, or through binoculars; Notify the nearest court to him and record his testimony there, or contact the nearest center; To help him reach the nearest court, according to the Saudi Press Agency, SPA.

The Supreme Court hopes that whoever has the ability to show interest in this matter, join the committees formed in the regions for this purpose, and calculate the reward for participation; Because it is of cooperation in righteousness and piety, and benefit to all Muslims.
