The development of the first hotel in the region to adopt the concept of shared accommodation begins in Dubai
Arbah Capital and Strategic Housing Group announced the start of the development of the first “Innovate” hotel, as part of the joint ventures of the two companies that aim to establish projects worth $500 million. The new agreement between the two parties comes after we cooperated earlier this year to launch the first shared accommodation in the region, and to develop a hybrid hospitality concept under the umbrella of “Innovate Living”.
The new hotel, located in the heart of Dubai Internet City, will include 256 rooms, and will extend over an area of 15,000 square meters, to provide its guests with luxury, comfort and beauty in all accommodation facilities and all common areas that include restaurants, common cooking areas and laundry facilities. Dedicated to teamwork, various social and recreational activities, and interactive fitness facilities. Dubai Internet City has become a preferred location for leading multinational technology companies from around the world, while the adjacent areas of Dubai Knowledge Park and Dubai Media City host more than 3,000 companies and 50,000 employees.
